Don Valley Turf began growing turf some 4 years ago. Since then they have become one of the premier growers in Scotland and year on year have increased their acreage.
In short, quality sells and this is even more important in todays economic climate.
Their continued comitment to quality and increasing volume of sales has meant they have invested in a used, but fully refurbished Brouwer Robomax from Hallmarket.
Originally it was manufactured as a 24" machine but was converted to cut 16" rolls by Hallmarket. Hallmarket are now the exclusive distributor throughout Europe for the Brouwer Robomax and are the only company qualified to carry out such work.
Refurbishing the older machines originally made by Textron means the machine has the same qualities as a new machine. The robotic arms output is the same as a current day machine and so is the quality of the pallets of turf.
